COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process.

skunky, brown, clear, aminimal head, brown foam, medium bitterness, vinegar, light body, thin feel, fizzy, bitter. Disappointed by size of head and how fast it disappeared. The second thing I noticed was the smell was very unpleasant. The smell made it difficult to want to drink the beer. The look very watery. This beer is not appealing at all.

Pours clear gold with white head. Pretty standard lager here, nothing special.

Bottle in green glass, EXP18102012, at 4.7% abv. Lightly grass hops in the nose, sweet, medium corn. Fizzy white head on a yellow body. Taste is sweet, surprisingly grainy, artificial sweetener on top of corn, grass, very mild bitterness. Light body fizzy with soapish character. Unclean.

Basic Pale Lager, untasty and not very pleasant to drink. I had this one a long time ago. If I have the "chance" to drink it again, I’ll update this rating

07-FEB-2012, bottle @home, from "Superbest". Nice golden color with almost no white head. No nose at all. Perhaps just a little bitterness. Sweet hayish malty taste. Clean. Sweet. Ends just a little bitter. Uninteresting. Will probably work in the heat, but not a high class product:-)

wow, this is a really poor drink (not even gonna call it beer!) awful pissy yellow colour, not head but loads of bubbles. slight whiff of malt. no flavour, might as well be drinking sparkling water. UTTER PISH

Clear pale yellow colour. Smells like a regular pilsener, alcohol and malts. Tastes watery, sweet, bit cheap.. Okay pilsener.

Bottle. Nice balance of malt and hops in both taste and aroma. Thick white head over top of a pale yellow color. The mouth feel is lite like a pilsner. I didn’t detect a lot of extra flavors, but the ones I did made for a very pleasant beer drinking esperience.
