2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from Coop - Tuatara Mix 6 (3 of 6) Pours a clear golden yellow with no haziness to speak of. Bubbly white head dissipates quickly. Has the look of sparkling apple juice. Aroma is heavy on yeast, mild fruitiness (banana), very mild herbal note.. Taste is quite sweet, and doesnít have the natural grainy tones, or any of the mouthfeel of your typical hefeweisen. Sure doesnt look like a hefe, either. Not exciting - unsure if possibly a bad bottle.

Very white modest head and clear light gold body, rather meh, not exciting. Fruity wit notes, detergent, peach, refined and appetizing. Flavour is soft peach with hints of citrus. Somewhat watery on the mouth. Not much going on here.

My favourite beer so far, this is the one that got me into craft beers, havenít really found a wheat beer close this, smells like fruit / bubblegum, gentle really subtle clove with vanilla and banana flavours, need to tip the bottle a few times to mix up the sediment, cloudy in appearance, easy as all hell to drink. Only reason Iím not going 10 out of 10 is due to me being an amateur at this stuff :)
If you ever get the chance to try this please do so, its AMAZING.

Bottle. Cloudy brownish yellow with a large white head. Lots of cloves and pepper, some banana and lemon, slightly toasty bread. Light bodied. Sweet with bread and banana, nice spices at the end. Lacks that wheaty tanginess you sometimes get, but its pleasant enough and quite refreshing.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Orange appearance with a small head that soon dissipated to virtually nothing. Slight wheat flavour with some citrus in the background. The embossed bottle was lovely which is more than can be said about the beer.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2015 (330ml, bottle, Beijing) Appearance: medium yellow... a bit brown/beige (touch of amber color). light cloudiness, light head with oily tracing.
Aroma: nice nose. heavier on the citrus, sour/tart, yeast/dough side. less banana.
Taste: acidic/tart. with good yeast flavor. some grainy malt coming through. Anice, clove, herb/cilantro, touch of sweetness upfront but dry follow through. some hoppy bitterness and a hint of metallic.
Palate: sparkly on the palate with some creamy oiliness. lingering dry bitterness on the cheeks
Overall: above average yummy and nose. average in looks. maybe a couple off flavors, but the beer i have is nearing expiration. tastes like they did not skimp on the ingredients, robust and flavorful. Better than most hefe weissbiers ... I recommend.

Spitfire in the dark. Clear golden, no head. Esters, wheat bananas. Medium clean body, low carbonation. Pretty dry, banana fruity. Ok.
