COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
ABV may vary.

In the bottle. Light gold in color. Bright white foamy head. Plenty of carbonation. Aroma of faint hops, slight flower sweetness, but mostly grass. Harmless body and seems like way less than 4% ABV. I think the kids in Copenhagen drink this stuff as a training beer. First served to me on an airplane headed to Denmark and the Aerosolized Medicines Meeting. Hasn’t changed since then.

Can (BB 10/2005)
Golden color with quickly vanishing white head. Fruity, a bit sour and metallic nose. Medium-bodied. Bitter hoppy with some hoppyness. Sweetish and then bitter aftertaste. Similar to Finnish Laitilan Kukko but rather unbalanced.

Without having particular characteristics it catches up, second me, a truly good equilibrium. In its decidedly good style.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2007 I really hate this one, a very bad beer, almost tastless, the weak flavour is of puke, bland, i have’nt drank it in a while and i’m not planning to in the future.

bottled. Slightly malty and hoppy aroma, with a very light skunkiness, but not really offending. Slightly malty, sweet ending in a medium dry finish. Body is rather medium-bodied than thin, but has a somehow smooth mouthfeel. Therefore I find it quite enjoyable.

SIL (Standard International Lager) Give me another one, just like the other one. Very Boring. 3 of these and you had it. Lot of bars in Denmark only serve Tuborg and your night is kinda ruined if you get stuck in place like that

Typical from the carlsberg family but not very typical for a premium lager. All the weak flavor qualifications apply here.

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2004 When i was a kid, this was the best beer in the world. Then i learned not only that there are other beers than pilsner, and that it’s not even a good pilsner. It washes down on a hot summer day, and it gets you drunk if you keep drinking and peeing. It’s mainstream, it’s cheap, it’s boring...
