2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
A meaningless, golden one with a white rocky head and maize flavor. Judge by my happiness to have rated this now and will never drink it again...

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Poured yellow with a big "soapy" head, some lacing. Subtle corn sweetness, minimal hops. Gets mushy as it warms and also adds some metallic off-tastes. If you can keep it cold, it's kind of refreshing. (from a 16oz can)

The Danes are at it again with Carlsberg's little brother. It's another bland pilsner.

It is said, that a true beer drinker can open two bottles of Tuborg using only the two bottle caps, and without spilling a drop. I'm yet to see how this is done, but was happy to sample this brew. (In fact, my first taste was many years earlier at a Carlsberg brewery in the middle of Africa ! ). A drinkable pils.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours with a huge rocky head. Quickly diminishing with pretty decent lacing. Bright yellow. Nose is grainy and slightly sour. Has an odd sort of sticky sweetness with some metallic notes. Short, mostly clean finish.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: MAR 19, 2004 Pretty good all around beer though a little pricy for those of us in the states. 9 times out of 10, if I feel like a Danish beer I'll pass up a Tuborg and order a Carlsberg.

Homer Simpson:"Moe, give me an imported beer."
Moe:"How about Tuborg, the beer of Danish kings?"
Been waiting a while to use that one. The aroma is light and pleasant. Pours typical pilsener yellow. Fruity undertones and low hops. The flavour worsens as it warms up, resulting in a crappola aftertaste.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 3/20
UPDATED: OCT 8, 2007 March, 2003Corn flavoured. Dull and uninteresting. A global lager, devoid of character.[0.8]
Sept, 2007Slight hint of fruit and honey, but mainly a well attentuated and character pale lager with suggestions of metal and blood. It’s drinkable. [1.8]

I enjoyed it after a glass of Samichlaus, then it was an OK refreshing water. In "normal" cases it is not recommended.
