COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: sold in the US as Tuborg Premium Lager.

English: Tuborg Guld has always been attractive to lovely girls. As an example can it be said that at Gold-Girl was united with the marketing of Guld Tuborg already in the sixties. A beer with a sharp edge, which is characterized by its golden colour and its powerful taste. Cheers!

cannned in Denmark. Some cereal grains and sweet malt, but otherwise pretty awful and there’s something rotten here.

471ml can into a tumbler. Pours a copper yellow with a thin head. Light malty with a hint of apple on the nose with a sweet, malty flavour, almost too sweet. Only ok.

Deepish yellow. Thin bubbly head. Lots of bubbles rising through the drink. Aroma is cereal, corn syrup, grass. Taste is really quite sweet, not much interest in character. Not flawed, but nothing more.

Thin malt aroma. Barely any taste. The aftertaste is not all. It’s going to drink anyway. But most of the water taste. Nah, you can minimize the risk of this beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Riktigt riktigt bra Lageröl! Eller så kanske det bara var en vanlig medioker lager öl.

On tap. Pours a weak clear gold with no head. Can’t get any strong aroma. Maybe honey and cardboard. Flavors of honey, apples, and corn syrup. Tastes more like a cider. Easy to quaff. Yikes I just paid $10 for this in Copenhagen. Even industrial swill is expensive here.

Draught at a Turkish buffet in CPH. Pale gold with a low head. Malty, cframy nose, biscuits. Sweet and malty flavor, creamy, some vanilla and a bit of diacetyl. sweet and lame.

Sweet beer with a medium texture, good head and an abrubt finish. Some candy aroma. Avarage beer.

500ml PET-bottle, rated 5.3% ABV (appears to be a different brew sold here in Sweden). Pours clear golden with a large white head. Faint aroma of malt and citrus. Tastes of malt, citrus and alcohol with a funky aftertaste.

Crystal clear golden pour with a short white head that disappears quickly. Nose of fresh hay and apple juice. Very boring and generic but not bad per se. A little more interesting on the palate with a very slight hop presence and a weak bittersweet finish.
