BB 21.06.2016. yellow clear shiny color, obvious carbonation. medium big white head. smells of grains, tobacco, some sweetness, lightly flowery. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tsates quite malty sweet, grains, tobacco, light citric, some alcohol, light cardboard, raisins, plums. finishes with tobacco and some cardboard. not too good.

Can.Tried whilst on holiday in Turkey-July 2015. Golden and clear appearance. Slightly sweet with a reasonable presence of alcohol. Typical European strong lager. Plenty of presence but lacking subtleness.

500 ml can. BB 16/02/15. (Migros) Istanbul, Turkey. Clear deep golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Herbal notes, malt, earthy notes and toffee sweetness in the aroma. The flavour is caramel malt, toffee sweetness and mild alcohol. Very watery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Rich yellow with foamy white head that dissipates fast, malt aroma, medium carbonation, slighly metallic bitter malt taste, medium finish with bitter alcohol aftertaste. Strong but not smooth.

,5l can in Istanbul, enjoyed back in Belgrade. 100% malt, special beer, they’ve got all the marketing on this one, and it is still nearly exactly what you’d expect. medium spike of tall sour malting with swigs of bad alcohol. Overall flavor is drinkable, if you’re trying to get something this heavy down quick. sticky body of sour grain. greasy mess, bread bath. Meh

July 2010: Red 50cl can poured into a pint handled glass mug. An off-white/cream coloured head sat on top of a deep golden body. Good lacing appeared as the beer sank in the glass. Next to no aroma, gets my standard 3 score for odourless lagers/pilsners. The taste was malts all the way, hid the alcohol at first, the 7.5% ABV appearing towards the end of the mouthfeel. The malt flavours give this beer a whole lot better depth of body compared to the normal Turk Tuborg Gold. I was expecting a Strong Lager nasty, but this suprised me with its subtlety and taste.

50cl can from a small streetshop in Ismir, Turkey. Golden blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a rather dence medium but diminishing whitehead. Nothing special. Light sweet grainy and malty hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is light alcoholic but certainly not overwhelming, with a sweet malty and dry grainy touch. Not bad not good. Ok for a malt liquor.
