Feb 28, 2009 Brown pour with a white head. Aroma of caramel and some roasted malts. Flavor is the same, mostly caramel, with some alcohol at the finish. Pretty smooth and drinkable.

Feb 28, 2009 bottle, pours dark brown, small brown head. Light coffee, roasted malt and brown sugar aroma. Deep burnt malt backbone balanced by light bitterness adn spice in the finish. Comlex flavors after the swallow.

Feb 9, 2009 It has a beautiful red-brown color with a small, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dark fruits and syrup. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, dark syrup, dark fruit, caramel and warming alcohol. It is a nice doppelbock.

Jan 27, 2009 .5L Bottle. Pours dark beer bottle brown with a 2 finger creamy yellowish head that has good retention. Aroma is toffee caramel, candied fruit, and some toast. Flavor is raisin, caramel, burnt sugar, overripe apples, toffee with nuts, cinamon, and some nice toasty notes. Finish is sweet and tangy, dark fruit and bitter apple peel. Palate is slick and somewhat sticky with a somehow chalky finish.

Jan 24, 2009 Bottle. Sweet caramel malt aroma, hints of ripe fruit. Deep reddish brown body, small light tan head. Flavor is delightfully balanced, sweet malt and fruity, without being syrupy. Just the right level of carbonation. A really nice Doppel.

Jan 11, 2009 A good doppelbock is never a disappointment. The Bajuvator is a full-bodied beer that fulfills the palate. The flavor has a malty sweetness that has bread-like quality, similar to a cinnamon roll.

Jan 6, 2009 Bottle thanks to hopscotch. Pours with a light, off-white head that fades, and leaves weakish lacing over the muddy amber brown body. Aroma of raisins, currants, toffee, soy, unami. Taste is toffee, caramel, bread, with some nuts, rotting fruit and licorice. Finishes pretty sweet. Syrupy mouthfeel with light carbonation and decently well hidden alcohol.
