(GERMANY) Pours a nice dark amber color with a sm-tan head. This dopplebock has a dark fruit, roasted nuts, and slight alcohol aroma. The taste is of caramel, liqueur, and raisins. The 7.2% is well hidden and the mouthfeel is sweet and yummy.

Bottled TNX to DH8VV. Color is dark ruby red/brown with little lightly tanned head. Nose is heavy roasted as well as the aroma. Aroma also has traces of plums Flavour is sweety with liqueur, roasted caramel and plums . Alcohol is well hidden, all is together for a good dopplebock.

500ml bottle. Toffee black amber color, thick and murky. Alcohol certainly present in the aroma along with some bown sugar. Foamy head that fades out. Sweet mellow brown sugary flavor that fades into a bocky yeast deliciousness. Lots of toffee notes. All the way malty, some minimal hopitude way off in the distance. Well done.

Pretty huge toffee melanoidin malts, bready and sugared, hints at cocoa and fermenting prunes. Even bigger fuller rounded sweet toffee malts wash over the palate, nicely balanced, never cloying. Clean, almost refreshing. Very tidy. Appealing almost purple color, smallish head but good lacing.

Pours a dark copper colour, big head at first, quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Sweet enticing caramel aroma. Mouthfeel is light and sweet. Really nice beer.

Maroon colored body with a thin, almost non-existent head and tiny spots of lacing. Bountiful aroma of sweet, sugary snacks and dark, ripe, juicy fruits. Slick and smooth with a slight alcohol presence, drinks real nice. Would like to feel a bit more body, but this still works. Vinous flavor with plenty of plums and raisins. A dry wheat aspect as well as sugary, sweet rolls and candy.

Amber colored, with tan head. hints of chocolate and caramel. Smooth all the way around with the presence of alcohol. not knowing what to expect, very good for the price.
