tomer (162), Israel Nov 29, 2007 0.5L bottle. Hazy reddish brown, strong aroma of malt molasess and brown sugar with some floral notes and milky sttreaks. Flavour is dominated by dark bitter chocolate and some cocoa, sweet but not overbearing. Medium full body and quite smooth. My first dopplebock and i hope for more.

Toffee black amber color, thick and murky. Alcohol certainly present in the aroma along with some bown sugar. Foamy head that fades out. Sweet mellow brown sugary flavor that fades into a bocky yeast deliciousness. Lots of toffee notes. All the way malty, some minimal hopitude way off in the distance. Well done.
