3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can bought at Tesco. A little history about this beer in Slovakia. The first time I found this beer was in the late 1990’s in the BILLA grocery store. At that time it was pretty expensive - 40 Slovak crowns (now approx 1.33€, but a normal lager beer was approx. 15-20 crowns, approx 50-66 Euro cents). And it was the only hefe Weißbier available in a store. I have not drunk this beer for maybe 10 years until now. Overall this a very tasty hefe Weißbier in a can. Anytime again

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with abundant, stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, hops and banana. Bitter, hoppy onset, giving way to sweetish notes of malt and banana. Relatively high carbonation. Mildly bitter and sourish finish. OK.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a2 finger bright white head. Aromas of banana, clove, yeast, grain, wheat bread. Medium carbonation with a creamy malt front followed by a burst of banana, clove, biscuit and a hint of orange. This one is a bit light in flavor and body compared to some other hefes but does hit all the marks for a proper hefe though. This one was my first foray into "real" beer some 20 years ago. Not quite like I remember it back then but still good nonetheless.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a slightly cloudy yellow on tap with fluffy white head and lots of carbonation. Aroma is lemon, German yeast, and wheat. Taste follows, kind of grassy. Good stuff for the style, but nothing crazy.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Billa. Aroma is a little bit mild, but nevermind. It has wheat, yeasts, banana. Light spices. Promising. Fully hazy yellow colour. White head, medium duration. Taste is nice refreshing weizen. Banana, yeasts, malt. Good one. Not too sweet, just right. Pleasant surprise from supermarket.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Served from tap at a local bar. Cloudy yellow body with a huge white head in a classical manner. Quite a classic good hefe flavor. Good, yet nothing that stands out.
