About what you'd expect from a solid German Hefe. Nice aroma, citrus tang and flavor. The head holds up firm and fluffy. This is a solid offering from the old country but there are a fair number of U.S. offerings that are just as good and better.

Sep 18, 2008 Can from Germany. Weizen glas, beautiful pale cloudy yellow, billowing authentic wheaty head showering aromas of bananas and light spice. Lightly yeasty aroma esp as it warms.Nice integrated flavors of banana, bubblegum, and just hints of phenols and citrus acidity. Pretty great commercial HW.

Because it wasn’t poured into the proper glass it didn’t have much head. Cloudy golden color with banana, clove and bubblegum notes. Spicy, clove flavor with banana but, not as much bubblegum. Good mouthfeel made it a thirst quencher. A decent weissbier.

Very hazy yellow color, with a snowwhite foamy head.
Aroma like a hefe weizen, fruits, yeast. Medium body.
Taste fruits (little banana) good mouthfeel, some yeast, wheatmalts.
Like this beer.

Sep 5, 2008 Poured from bottle. Nice golden color with huge white foamy head. Flavor was sweet bread with honey and citrus. Very refreshing on a hot humid day.

Aug 30, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy bright golden with orange tint. Big pillow white head. Nose is not so pleasant. No bananas; slight yeast; quite cardboardy actually. Hmm. Better on the tongue; more just like a very average hefe. Not overly flavorful. Thoroughly just okay.
