Bottle--Soft, almost lemony yellow color with the typical, large fizzy head that dissapates. Aroma of wheat with some citrus around the edges. Flavor is mostly wheat with a soft banana/citrus flavor. Slight bitter finish. Flavoring isn’t strong, but makes for an easy drinking beer. Produce place 1.49

Dec 31, 2009 Maybe I grabbed a bottle that had been sitting on the shelf for while because this one lacked a lot of what a hefeweizen normally carries. Very little aroma and taste. No character whatsoever.

Dec 7, 2009 It’s unclear, light golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of wheat, banana, yeast and light clove. The flavor is sweet with notes of banana, wheat, light yeast and clove. It’s a bit on the thin side, it’s OK, but would be so much better, if it was fuller in the body.
