Half litre bottle, poured into oversized Tripel Karmeliet tulip. A: Pale colour, clear, initial large foamy head faded fast, didn’t have a huge amount of lacing. S: Pilsner malt and noble hop, slightly floral. T: Decent amount of bitterness, bready, sour dough, finished with a hint of sour fruit. M: Slightly heavy body, fading carbonation, slightly coarse feel. O: Not really an IPL at all, a pretty decent Pilsner for what it was.

Draught. Clear golden in color with a white head. Bit of sweet malts, grassy bitterness and citrus in aroma. Quite much on the grainy side. Citrus and floral notes in taste. Bit of sweetness and fruityness steps up towards the end.

Dobry pilsner, ze spora i trwala piana znaczaca na orginalnym pokalu slady. Kolor zlocisty, srednio nagazowany.

Draught at Rotterdam. Golden color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, salted crackers, hops, malts and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, salted crackers and malts. Good pilsner.

Tap@wka. Pale golden. super clear. Germal pilsner malty, with a very light huskyness and a bit of corn creamyness to it. Light dry. Well (too well) hidden light herbal grassy hops, pretty nice pale malty flavour. Doesn’t have that much intensity, but does actually taste like malts. Unfortunately, there’s also that clean corn that makes me think of totally sterile mass-bulk stuff.

Bottle. Very pale colour, frothy head that lasts long and shows fair lacing. Aroma is hoppy and floral. Light bitterness. Light body, average carbonation, a bit too high. Easier to drink, but also without as much character as most German pilseners. Ok, but nothing spectacular.

0,5 l bottle. Clear golden in the glass, big head. Mash and gassy at the nose. Starts moderate herb, grassy, light grainy. Later more dryer with malt in the background. Not really bad for an bavarian industrial Pilsener.

Bottle, 5.0%. Dusty aroma, nicely hoppy. Very pale clear yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is bready, sweetish with a distinctly grassy hop flavour. The hops flavour is citric, and sourish, but nicely so, and refreshing.

Bottle @ D-Day in Mojnlandet :-) Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast, with mild notes of citrus and skunk. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with estery notes and subtle touches of malt. Dry, slightly paperlike finish. An interesting German Pilsener.
