Tucher Pilsener is brewed according to the old rules of the Franconian brewing with the utmost care. Apart from best ingredients like "Pilsener" barley malt, the famous Hallertau aroma hops "Tradition", and soft brewing water from our own wells is a very important factor. During fermentation and storage of sud will not move and can mature peacefully.

Frischer, minimal malziger Antrunk. Test vom 25.12.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,8,8,7,8 - 8,05

More towards the center on flavor, more like an international interpretation (American) of a pilsner, not horrible just not as dry as other German Pilsners.

Pale yellow color with very, very steadfast, fine head. Very much CO2 goes up. The smell is subtle hoppy, minimally sweet. The beer starts discreet and musty, also bitterhoppy. The aftertaste is hoppy with musty-bitter-metallic aroma. The center part is also musty and strange metallic-bitter. No successful Pils!

Can. Pours a very bright lemony yellow with a robust white head that retains well. Fresh grainy aroma with notes of lemon and flowers. Palate is crisp, clean, and light with delicate flavours of slightly sweet grains and floral lemony character. Medium bitterness in the finish. This paired really well with spicy thai tuna melts covered in sharp cheese.
