Botella. Clear deep dark brown colour with a short lasting head. Sweet well toasted maltiness with caramel and a mild bitterness in the aroma. Fair mouthfeel. The flavour has a soft sweetness with toasted malt and caramel along with some mild bitter hops. Dry toasty caramel finish.

(bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a small beige foamy head. Sweet roast-malty aroma with notes of cacao, caramel and a delicate herbal hoppy blend. Slightly sweet flavour with a light roasty bitterness, solid malty with a tinge of dark bread, caramel and faint herbal accents; moderately dry and bitter, but also a bit slim and short finish. Anyway a decent Dunkel (31.X.08).

It’s dark brown with a red hue and a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, syrup and caramel. The flavour is sweet with notes of malt, syrup and caramel, and the finish is slightly dry with a hint of syrup. It’s nice, but the sweetness is a bit too strong, and makes me give a slightly lower score.

(Bottle, Hyddan, Ĺre, 26 March 2015) Brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, dried fruit and a touch of brown sugar. Malty, slightly fruity taste with dark bread, dried fruit, raisins, brown sugar, roasted malt and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite decent, but fairly sweet and a bit metallic. Enjoyable.
