Tuckerman Brewing Co.’s flagship beer. Our interpretation of an American style Pale Ale, it is brewed using English and Belgian specialty malts and four different domestic whole hops. It is dry hopped and bottle conditioned, creating a beer with a strong malt character and a floral yet spicy hop quality. Tuckerman Pale Ale will be available year round. Currently, it is our introductory beer and is our only brew available.

Pours a pale amber with a thin, foamy white head that lingers. Nose is fresh and malty, with a hint of citrus. Taste is well-balanced. Leans to the sweet side. Light, refreshing brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks Grant for sharing this one. fresh 6-pack I poured 4 ounces out of a bottle to enjoy. a golden yellow very tiny head. Nose is oats, rye and sweet almost corn like with a faint english bitterness. Nice mouthfeel. a sharp piney bitterness. I get a very mild grapefruit taste, light oat and a decent sweet malt finish. Not a huge flavor here but it’s pretty drinkable. would love to try it at the source.

Golden orange in color with frothy white head. Soft carbonation, more malty than hoppy. In fact, doesn’t taste much like a pale ale at all, just looks the part. More along the lines of a weak blonde. Not bad, but not good either.

Decent pale. Had it on tap and it poured a nice pale amber. Aroma of malt and some citrus. Light in taste and a bit thin.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a hazy sun-colored orange with a decent looking glowing white color near to the top of the beer. There was a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute with a decent light lacing. The smell had a blend between floral and spicy notes. The taste was slightly floral and spicy. On the palate, this one sat fairly light and showed a decent sessionability about it. Overall, I’ve actually had this several times and personally I used to love to have this with some BBQ in the Summers back in Maine.

Not a bad beer, very light on the palate but not too hoppy. Could be a solid beer for refreshing drinks during the summer.

Bottled 3/4/14, a freshie. Waffle-malt and light floral aroma. Sediment filled orange. Basic malt sweetness, a touch of hops, really a classical interpretation of pale ale. Very soft and extremely drinkable. Neither great nor bad.
