COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tuckerman Brewing Co.’s flagship beer. Our interpretation of an American style Pale Ale, it is brewed using English and Belgian specialty malts and four different domestic whole hops. It is dry hopped and bottle conditioned, creating a beer with a strong malt character and a floral yet spicy hop quality. Tuckerman Pale Ale will be available year round. Currently, it is our introductory beer and is our only brew available.

BOTM club. Pours a hazy golden orange with dissipating off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma is faint, bready biscuit grains and a metallic twinge. Taste is better, slight hop presence up front, then a dry pale malt back. Decent, but nothing crazy.

Hazy golden pour. Off-white head. Not much to it. Some piny hops, light body, a bit of tartness. Eh.

Bottle. Very light biscuity malt and citrus aroma. Hazy straw gold with a large off-white head. Fruity biscuit malt and light grassy bitter flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. Easy drinking, but rather bland.

Thanks, Marshall, for contributing this beer-of-the-month selection to our "balcony time." Slightly cloudy ruddy gold, thick rim head, specks of lace. Taste begins with dry malt, becomes more bitter through the palate, but doesn’t lose track of the fact its a pale ale. A little watery, but still quite satisfying. Good session ale.

Orange-golden with medium white head. Aroma malt and faint hops. Medium body, somewhat syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor is very malty and probably too sweet, missing the crispness needed for this style.

Clear gold with a cottony white head. Light fruit, caramel aroma. Taste is sweet, mild caramel with a slightly fruity bittering. Very smooth. Not bad.

This beer pours a cloudy orangish yellow with an average white head. There is a lot of grain flavor here, it is slightly sour and sweet with a little bit of spice to it. This beer finishes moderately bitter.

Bottle. Light toffee malt and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet orange malt and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Body on the light side. Easy drinking but on the bland side.

Bottle to glass. Pours a hazy rich gold/light amber color with 1 inch head, some lacing. Aroma is a little bit of orange/citrus with a bit of resin, balanced by a little malt. There is moderate bitterness on the tongue, a mix of citrus and resin, as well as a bit of sweetness mid-taste. Carbonation is medium-high. Medium mouthfeel with a medium finish. Drinks fairly easy and would be good session beer. Finish is a bit much to really enjoy though.

Draft. Pours murky orange with zero head. Little to no aroma or carbonation. Slightly more flavorful than a typical mass brewed beer. Very forgettable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
