Oct 12, 2002 Medium brown color. A medium bodied Belgian style Pale Ale. Malty and slightly bitter. Good flavor. Very smooth taste. Not to hoppy. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Finish is malty.

Aug 29, 2002 Tasted 7/28/02 at the Oregon Brewers Festival. A very minimal nose, poured out brown with a small thin head with almost no lacing. It was smooth front to back, but lacked the complexity of a good Belgian. Not bad, just not what it could have been.
