Jan 23, 2005 On tap at the Tuck’s brewery. This imperial stout had been aged a year. Pours black with a thin tan head. Chocolate aroma, mild roastiness, nice and rich. Taste was awesomely smooth, really took away any notion that this was a "big" beer. There was a nice licorice taste in the finish, subtle and complimenting. Smooth and well balanced brew.
