| A Bohemian Pilsener brewed by Tulip Restaurant Da Nang, Vietnam
| |
voota (754), Melbourne, Australia Mar 27, 2008 Clear golden with a white head, magnificent aroma of fresh saaz, very hoppy with a touch of diacetyl and crusty bread. Seems pretty malty and sweet. Outstanding crisp, hoppy, dry, bitter mouthful. Flavour is subtly sweet which works with the bitterness, loads of fresh hops and worty sweetness come along for the finish, which is still crisp and quick. This is a top shelf pilsener, though I suspect weeks of drinking bland mass-produced asian lagers made this experience just a little better.
