Pours a golden slightly unclear beer with a nice thick white head. Smells fruity, bit floral, herbs and caramel. Tastes dried fruits, herbs and spices, bit wood and caramel. Average carbo, medium body and a sticky texture.

50 cl på fad, 7,0 % ABV, nydt på Berlin Bar på Gl. Kongevej på Frederiksberg, 17. januar 2014. Klar kobberfarvet Bock med 1-2 cm hvidt skumtop. Malt- og svage citrusnoter. Smagen indledes let bittert, og dernæst kører sødmen og bitterheden parløb på en fin behagelig måde. Brygget har desuden en rar friskhed henad en pilsner, men det virkelig gode ved denne øl er det helt perfekte bitterhedsniveau. Mundfølelsen er fin med et middel indhold af kulsyre. (bottle; 7,1% alc.) pours a clear deep golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of caramel, pale malts and light burnt toffee, quite resinous, with a hint of earth and orange peel. flavour is again mostly caramel and resin, with a medium sweetness, some leather, melted wax, honey and roasted cereals. medium to heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at the Syb Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Snifter. Pours a yellowish-orange with thin white head. Good lace. Aroma is sweet with fruits and candy. Also a citrus aroma with grass and syrup. Taste was sweet with flowers, citrus and candy. Honey or syrup background. Kind of too sweet for me. Smooth mouth and sweet finish.

On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. Light orange pour with a white head. Super sweet nose. Sugar, golden raisin, and honey. Metal, grass, and some citrus peel. Flavor is sweet sugar, golden raisin, and bread. Grassy hop bitterness, a bit of orange peel, and some honey. Light floral notes. Pretty meh.

On tap @Deutschland, Oviedo. Hoppy, some sweet aromas. POurs dark gold,a bit hazy, qith nice frothy white head, persistent, some lacing. Medium body, oily texture, light to medium carbonation. Taste is mild bitter, some sweet hints, some fruity. Smooth and balanced. Enjoyable, but nothing remarkable.
