Pours hazy dark amber with a fading head. Plenty of malt in the aroma, big caramel and golden syrup overtones. Also some spicy and floral notes. Flavours include some of the aforementioned malt and more floral and spicy notes. There’s also a faint metallic note unfortunately. Carbonation could be a bit higher.

Svesse (6163) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - NOV 9, 2012
(Draught at MacKinlay’s Inn, Stockholm) Orange amber colour with dense, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of toasty grain, caramel, toffee and orange. Malty, fruity taste with toast, orange, apricots, treacle toffee and a mild citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite malty for a pale ale, which seems quite reasonable for a German Pale Ale. Quite nice.

Draught at Blackdoor, Helsinki. Pours cloudy golden orange in color with white head. Light hoppy, hay and lemon in aroma. Sweet bready malts and bitter hops in taste.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Woodsy aroma. Woodsy and light citrus flavor with backing sweet malt. Medium bodied. Woodsiness and light citrus lingers with backing sweet malt.

Tap. Light amber with small head. Big hops, especially for a german beer. Smooth pale ale in an American style.

Hazy amber with a small white head. Bready dough along with some red candy sucker, a bit of dirty hops and a touch of acidity. Medium carbonation, chewy mouthfeel.

Draught@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, toffeeish caramelly and rather herbal/grassy hops as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, caramelly, floral and hoppy. Quite sweet maltyness with a nice bitterness to it. Pleasant with food as well (had it with a "Wallenbergare").

On tap at BeerDeLuxe. Interesting, long lasting taste. Aromas of caramel and nuts, with hints of citrus. Taste is sweet, with light bitterness, and long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Orange, with a frothy head.

maneliquor (3126) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 4, 2012
Tap at Mane Liquor. Pours bright orange with a big, fluffy white head. Nose is very citrus dominated. Lots of orange and lemon with some floral hints and typical wheat tones - a fair bit of banana. Lots of citrus in the taste with a dominant note of banane throughout. Nice quaffer, if a little over carbonated, and perfect for summer but seems to be too much of their ’wheat beer tones’ in the final product

The beer pours a hazy golden color with a white head. A pretty decent perfume and floral hop nose up front. A bit of bread, some popcorn, and perhaps some grass. Light bitterness on the palate along with the floral and perfume notes. Some malt sweetness, a bit of bread, and definitely a bit of grass and popcorn.
