Dogbrick (2165), Columbus, Ohio, USA May 10, 2007 Sample at the brew pub: Pours a clear dark amber color with a thin and dense light beige head that retains well. Top ring of lacing on the glass with spots underneath. The aroma is thoroughly malty with a moderate caramel and hops presence. Medium, smooth body with a decent balance of malt, hops and fruit flavors. The finish is mostly sweet, earthy hops to start, and leaves a nice hops aftertaste. One of the better brews I tried at Tun. keepersj12 (382), Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA Apr 7, 2007 Nice and bitter. Very hoppy and fruity. Crisp clean palate. My favorite of the nights selection. jcwattsrugger (3757), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Mar 22, 2006 on tap-pours a tan head. Color is dark red with effervescence. Aroma is malty, hops.
