Commercial Description: This amber is both drinkable and tasty, with pleasing hoppiness and smooth maltiness. A touch of dark malt gives it a ruddy redness and a hint of dark chocolate. A bit more flavorful, but still very drinkable, ale. Very much like our Irish Red. O.G. 12, IBU 15.
Auburn to ruby in color with a nice and steady off-white head. A sweet berry aroma is quite prominent. Sharp hop bite with a flavor somewhat like gooseberry jelly. A bit of a tinny finish.
