Jul 9, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is sweet, musty wheat, slight clove. Taste is clove, citrus-lemon, sweet, musty wheat. Thin. OK effervescence. [new brewer from Flying Fish-Tim]

Jul 4, 2006 sampler. on menu as summer weiss beer. cloudy yellow, light orange. Aroma of tart citrus/lemon, some notes of banana and spices in taste, but almost seemed more like a wit than a weiss to me.

Jun 12, 2005 On tap at the Tun Tavern in Atlantic City. On the beer menu as the ’Summer Weiss’. Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a very small sized head. Aromas and tastes of fruits, wheat and spices. Stronger fruity tastes (weaker in the aroma). Thinner body.
