2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Fresh out of the tap...Not a pungent aroma at all...dark brown with some red highlights...in a dark table at the bar mind you...honey is apparent with an unbalance of honey versus malt...the foam unsettling that doesn’t persist

Awesome beer. Had a delicious sweet, smokey finish to it. One of the best Tun Tavern offerings.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A very well done brown ale, dirty-brown appearance with a light brown head, decent lacing around the glass, honey & sweet malt, medium-full body, very smooth & drinkable, just a subtle hint of honey in the flavors, not too overpowering, very enjoyable, slight hint of caramel in the flavors as well, smooth & sweet finish

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
on tap-pours a creamy, light brown head with amber color. Aroma rich malt. Taste is deep, rich, toasty malt, sweet, brown sugar. An occasional slight hint of coffee. Background hops, good carbonation. Not a Big Beer taste, just a great solid beer.
