Jul 15, 2004 Named Uber Alles IPA. Sampled @ NJ Brewers Fest. My favorite beer of the day brought me to the Tun Tavern booth a few times two fisting this stuff. Thich head and grapefruit aroma. Taste was the nice resin taste that I love in IIPA’s. Caramel and malt go great with the tangy hop taste. Best NJ beer I’ve had so far.

Jun 28, 2004 Tap at NJ fest ’04. Copper with a slight head. Aroma was not assertive at all, very little hops, and slight fruity notes. Big slick flavor of hops and malt, carmel notes and slight alcohol.
