Oct 28, 2007 Clear light pale amber hue over which survives a smallish white cover. Bread focused, yet quite pale and strong Vienna at 6.6%. The alcohol imparts an obvious warmth in mouth while the carbonation is not that crisp. The result is not so refreshing. Flowery hops procure more aromatics, and in subtlety, than actual bitterness. Sweetish and cerealic palate through and through.
