Oct 28, 2005 on tap-pours a minimal white head. Color is hazy gold-yellow with lots of effervescence. Aroma is wheat, banana. Taste is wheat, banana, alcohol with a little spice. Good carbonation.

Jul 20, 2004 This is more likea Belgiun Wheat beer than a Weizenbock but nothing to write home about. I’m just going through my notes from the NJ Brewers fest and there’s not much on this stuff. I can only assume it was average, so unless I find a way to make it to the Tun Tavern, an average rating it is.

Jun 28, 2004 On tap at NJ beer festival. Cloudy yellow in color with a white head. Nice banana clove aroma. Good beer. Refreshing. Hops are subtle. Enjoyable.
