jimmack (1209), Nutley, New Jersey, USA Jan 18, 2006 Sampled at The brewpub. Crystal clear amber color with a small white head. Tuns(pun intended) of coriander in the aroma, along with some wheat malt and citrus. Overly strong coriander flavor, but not like the type of coriander used in most Belgian Wits. This tasted like the kind of coriander you buy in the supermarket that I used(mistakenly) for my first witbier attempt. Tasted very much like celery, along with a hint of citrus. Looked good, smelled alright, but tasted awful. Couldn’t finish it, even with the help of another RBian.
