Tunbridge Covered Bridge IPA

Gets its decent mark from me mostly for the gorgeous dark amber/orange color and remarkably persistant and creamy head, as well as the nice hoppy, floral nose. The tongue and throat don't respond quite so well -- fairly hoppy as it should be, but rather astringent on the back end, with little sweetness, not quite enough malt to give it complexity. Still worth trying.

Dark amber colour, balanced hoppiness, some woody flavours; good, if subtle flavour development.
