Jun 16, 2007 Updated: Apr 28, 2008Bottled. Just enough smoke to qualify it as more than a smoky Bitter, and a Rauch. From the Warwickshire Alps. Creamy malt, hop bitterness and smoke in equal measure. Nibbles of earth, Twiglet and apple peel. Pours with a ruddy haze and a superbly creamy, rocky head of froth that clings to the side of the glass until it’s drained. Impressive.
