Commercial Description:
Cask & Bottle Conditioned, Regular;
A heavenly aromatic, copper coloured beer. It has an aroma rich in cascade hops spilling over into clean crisp hints of citrus. Quickly followed by a rush of fruity malts that are pursued by an exquisitly dry finish, full of scented hops. A Pale Ale like it ought to be!

Veyr nice, it was not as the Scottish brewery one but it has it’s own style. I had it at GBBF 2008.

Golden-copper with white head. Citrus and grass aroma. Grapefruit, caramel, and citrus flavours. Balanced, with dry bitter finish.

Cask, 4.6% at GBBF08. Hazy golden colour. Small frothy head. Good sweetness, hint of citric fruit.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a persistent white head and some sediment. Interesting hop aroma: citrus, apples followed by chewing gum. Decent bitterness, but there is also an underlying citric chewing gum sweetness that the hops cannot disguise. Quite fizzy. Something is not as it ought to be.

Bottle at chris_o’s party shack of disco dance. Alround rating: Pale malts, wet dog, grassy floural and lemon off the hops.
