Yellow hazy, huge white frothy head. Smell of fruit peel, fruity esters, spices and herbs, light malts, some flora notes. Light sweet, quite aggressive carbonation, it’s quite lively, gives something that can remind of a salty aftertaste, it goes in the way for the more delicate fruity flavors and the spicy and herbal elements. Still, a alot of good flavors in here. Hints of mango, some clove and cardemomme, hints of honey, flour, pepper. Quite ok totally i guess. Moderate bitter, grassy tail

Cloudy, light colour. Bubbly head. Big honeyish nose, like nectar. Fizzy, has a nice bitterness, floral character but the fizz messes with how this comes across the palate. Good, but for the fizz.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy pale blond color with generous head. The aroma is nice, spicy, fresh, flowery. Dry, highly carbonated, a bit spicy, but also some plastic; not as bad as sweet American Saisons, not as good as Belgian Saisons.

12 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and bready notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of Belgian yeast and bready malt. Quite spicy and fairly aggressively carbonated. Well-constructed, but not particularly complex. Solid.

Bottle shared during RBWG. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a creamy white head. The nose has a phenolic edge, some plastic, citrus. Light sweet flavor with some sugary dough, hay, husk. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, some alcohol, plastic, straw, dough. So so.
