Bottle. Pours foggy, amber orange with tight white head. Excellent lacing. Hoppy aroma with very strong citrus. Very clean, dry hop flavors, with smooth orange and pine. Exceptionally velvety mouthfeel – glides down the throat.
Understated, mellow, but full-flavored.

Aug 8, 2008 Pours a light gold in color. Nice frothy head on the pour, but is quickly gone by the time I sit down with it. Plenty of sediment and "floaties" in this clear beer. Smell is reserved hops. Taste is the same. Really smooth and easy drinking. Pretty highly hopped for being just a APA. Decent beer.

Aug 6, 2008 Lovely. Hoppy aroma, hoppy flavor ... and all balanced nicely with the malts. Superior to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, I think, because it is more assertive. A memorable ale, and one I’ll be drinking more often.

Aug 3, 2008 Pours amber with a fine, white head. Aroma is rather hoppy with a moderate mouth feel and a solid hop flavor.

Jun 12, 2008 Cloudy amber color with no head on it. It had a slight caramel aroma to it. More hops flavor than I like.

May 20, 2008 Well, my bottle says 11/30/07..made the end date by a month. Smooth with lots of non- soapy hops.Cloudy amber color. Hop aroma. Not a thick palate, but not watery. Good..I would have bought it again if it wasn’t discontinued.
