Commercial Description:

Fast gone, white head over hazy yellow beer with an olive shine. Solvent, banana and other fruity esters dominating the nose. Sharp sourish taste, lactic more than just wheat, little if any restsugars. Pinch of citrus for flavour, but generally not really very balanced. There’s more sourishness retronasal. Medium bodied. OK, but not really super-interesting wheatbeer. Sourishness is at the edge of acceptable.

[Draught at the brewpub (listed as 5.8%, as opposed to the bottles that were listed at 4.6%)] Cloudy golden, brief creamy head. Phenolic banana aroma. Medium sweet with striking estery, cloveymedicinal notes. The soft mouthfeel makes it a pleasure to drink, so despite it’s unusually medicinal character it remains very refreshing.
