Fresh saison like aroma, dry hops, citric, sweet bread, lemon curd and fresh yeast. Nice sweet citric starts getting into a more bitter desert taste. Quite dry and very drinkable. That, together, doesn?t sound too interesting but it drinks very well and is rich in taste. Well made classic style brew. (75cl bottle from 8 à Huit in Tours)

Pours hazy yellow color with small, lasting head. Aroma of spices, apricot, mild peach notes, herbs and soap. Flavour of spices, lemon, apricot, some yeast notes and grass. Quite nice and refreshing brew.

Pours a hazy bright yellow colour with a white firm head. Aroma of sweet honey, some spices, ash and sweet peach. Flavour of sweet honey, grains, some citricy sourness, peach, floral notes and some spiciness. Could be a Tripel, could be a witbier. Refreshing.

Aroma is sweetish with peach and some floral notes. Also hints of grassy hops. Flavour has lots of soapy citrus, some floral notes, honey and hints of hops. Refreshing, although becomes a bit sweet and sticky towards the end of the glass. A ’tripel lite’, I’d say.

hazy blonde color. Fruity, light moderately hoppy mouth. Simple, but not bad. But like other of their products, nothing exciting.

Draught at Chinon’s "Nocturnes gourmandes" street festival. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and flavor are of sweet malt and some light yeast, in the general style of a tripel. Slightly reminiscent of a witbier, oddly enough. Pretty good.
