Oct 26, 2007 Growler from Acknud...Thanks Bill! Pour is a deep copper with a good size, foamy head and good lacing. Decent hop aroma- Pine, citrus. Some floral and sweet malts as well. Flavor is slightly bitter. I get some woody notes and sweet malts later in the mid/finish. Nice texture and mouthfeel, but a bit thin.

Jul 29, 2007 On tap at the restaurant. Overall the best of Turonis brews. Dark amber pour with very full flavor in mouth. Spicy hops and caramel malt.

Jun 3, 2007 Draft. Pours a light brown with a lacing cream head. Aroma is light pine with a light caramel malt. Taste is light pine, with a welcoming sweet caramel malt that smooth out the normal IPA strong hop flavor. Has a bit of a woody finish A very easy drinking ipa that is not over the top.

Aug 7, 2006 Draft sample at IBGF 06. Amber color with amoderate white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Moderate citrus hoppy aroma. medium body with a slick texture. Medium bitter citrus flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.
