Tap: Golden hue with a lasting fizzy head. The aroma is that of wet pale grains, light noble hop herbal and grassy vapours and a hint of DMS. The taste is almost akin to Bud Light but with a bit more faint noble hop and pils malt character, light veggie tones. The mouth feel is crisp and refreshing enough. My bowling teammates actually liked the ales over this and I guess that says a lot. Boring...

IBG Winterfest 2009.
Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet grainy aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
My expectations where met for this first beer from this brewer.

Yes the pale lager. The microbrewed conversion kit. A good beer for unwittingly converting the beer sinner. LIght body, aroma, flavor. Somewhat fruity in aroma. Sweetish flavor.

On tap at Mad Anthony’s Octobeer Fest. This was billed as a Main Street beer with no mention of Turonis. Yellow beer with a thin white head. Almost berry fruity nose. Nice hop presence with a lemon citrus finish. There was something a little sour in there and I got more berry than i should have from a lager, but still an okay beer.
