Couple of pints on tap. Dark chocolate color with a small lasting ring of cream. Delicious aroma of spicy, semi-sweet chocolate, vanilla and oats. Taste is dark chocolate, caramel, white pepper, and traces of smoke and earthy cinnamon. Medium body is smooth with low carbonation, a peppery tingle and excellent balance. Unique and well executed brew.

Deep red or black. nose is a good blend if cinnamon and pepper, fruits, chocolates. Taste is pretty intense peppers and spice but pretty ok. There actually a warming effect from the chili, wow. Really has almost a potpourri flavor. Finishes with some bitter roast. Definitely interesting and I’m glad I tried it but seemed a little over the top on pepper and spice for the strength of this beer.

Love what the guys at TA do with their stouts. Always an adventure and this is no different. The cinnamon and the peppers blend well together with the dark malt and the hops. The chipotle peppers will make your lips tingle but not aggressively leaving room for the taste of the whole art that is this beer. Well done!
