Jun 10, 2007 Pretty unimpressive. Pale gold pour with a thin white head that lasted a moderate amount of time. Lots of small, vigorous bubbles recharging the head for a good three minutes. Bottle is quite attractive; the colour scheme of the label fits the brown bottle well. Aroma is faintly reminiscent of sour milk; not so great. Flavour is almost entirely absent, only a slightly hoppy aftertaste reminds one that one is drinking beer. Palate is cheap soda. Carbonated to an extreme but thin and sticky. I wouldn’t buy this beer again, but I guess I’d drink it on a hot day after I’d already had a few better beers. ;)

Jun 5, 2007 Bottle. Pours an extremely pale yellow with a small, acceptable white bubbly head. Aroma is weak, there is some hay and malts in there. Flavour is extremely mild as well. It is not poor, but just more or less non-existent.

Jun 3, 2007 Bottle: pours pale yellow, with a medium white head. Weak, light aroma, weak light flavor. Mostly weak bitterness. Thin as water, no lingering finish, no nothing. Goes well with pretzels and not bad icy cold on a really hot day. Just another boring lager. At least there’s no chemical aftertaste like in certain major brands...

Jun 2, 2007 This beer is never going to be considered a great beer but it isn’t bad at all. It has a nice crispness and a honey flavor that is pleasant. Grass is also evident. In the mouth it has an initial carbonated zing that quickly fades into a sour taste. An interesting pale lager, partly because it was brewed in Kenya.

May 31, 2007 500ml Bottle: I put this off as long as possible but in the words of the great Neil Young .. tonight’s the night. Pours yellow, thin white head. Smells like urine. Taste of bored, tired grainy pale lager with a growing alcohol taste as it warms. No good.
