pint bottle shared. poured a bright light yellow color with white fluffy head. plenty of carbonation. aroma sweet malt and lots of corn. one of the group said it smelled like flat grape soda. but the corn overpowers everything. the flavor is sweet malt and corn. mild flavor and well you know...corn. pale lager yes it is but that’s about all its worth.

Bottle. Clear gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma and taste are super heavy on corn backed up by some random fruity notes. Typical pale lager mouthfeel. Wouldn't be a terrible entry for the style if it wasn't so heavy handed on the corn.

Old note from 2009 or 2010, gift from friend. Clear pale yellow golden, small foamy white head, disappears quickly, some lacing; sweet corn, grass, bit yeasty, citrus; light sweet, slightly bitter, hint of sourness; light body, watery texture, soft carbonation; mild dry bitter aftertaste.

DandyWolfFloyd (641) - Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 17, 2014
Aroma - mostly a little light caramel in the aroma, not much more Appearance - body color is a pale yellow; liquid is clear with some nucleation happening; the white head setup is about a 1/4" and then settles into a thin film of bubbles and a white halo; and a little dappled lacing Taste - the beer is more on the sweet side with a Cracker Jack like sweetness and a corny quality as well Palate - body is light; texture is thin; carbonation is soft; the finish is clean and abrupt

Bottle @ Mrs.Brown in Malmö. Neutral, with a slight hint of malt and a tad bit of sweetness. The one i tried had a really weird aroma to it which was reminiscent of dung. Could be a old bottle.

Bottle. The look is whitish head, bubbly, golden in color. The smell is grainy, straw, skunky, and sweet. The taste is grainy, floral, touch of bitterness, and ok.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured a pale amber with a large white head that lasted well. Aroma of sweet malt and slight bitterness to taste. High carbonation with many small bubbles. Memories of holidays past.

Frigid cold (it was in my freezer for an hour) 33cl bottle pours with a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up apple and pear fruity esters as well as a touch of graininess. The taste is similar with lots of sweet pear juice flowing into a mix of apples and mildly grainy malts. Not too bad really and the wife was digging it too.
