If this was the beer that one associates with Kenyan identity, I would be ashamed to admit I"m from Kenya. Let’s just hope the country is better than the beer, which is without any character. hknight52 (2), USA does not count | 0.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Nov 5, 2005 This beer tastes like dirt! Really, dirt. I looked at the bottle and it was bottled in Kenya--that means they’re probably using Kenyan water. With dirt in it. Really, I’m surprised I didn’t get cholera from drinking this. I immediately regretted my decision to order this, but I finished it, cursing Kenya Breweries all the way for putting this in a 16oz bottle. This is the worst beer I have ever had, on account of the dirt flavor. It might have been decent otherwise. Hooker (450), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada

Malt-dominated palate, a little too sweet. Better when served ice cold. johndoughty (2156), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England

Aroma of malt and hops are very faint and almost non-existent. Taste is refreshing with some malt and very little hops. The surprising thing about this one is that it is not skunk even though is traveled 5000 miles in a light brown bottle.
