Tusker Lager

Pale yellow in colour. Aroma of grassy hops, grains and a slight sweetness. Flavour was very light and watery, mild hops and malt. Light body. Finish is almost non existent. A quick and boring beer.

A typical third world beer with all it’s nastiness. Artificial like hell. The only good thing here, is the nice balance between the different bad ingredients: No bad ingedient dominates the other.

Canned. Brough back from Kenya for me by a friend. Perhaps poolside in Kenya it works, if you don’t want anything too strong. Or fl,avoured. Or resembling lager. Very thin in aroma, colourt and taste. Only the passing hint of maltyness that redeems it. It may have won medals, but I’d hate to taste the losers in that particular contest.

Very pale coloured. Very weak aroma with some unpleasant notes. Strange and bad flavour. Very thin and watery.

Bottle. Good lager with a smoky, solid flavor that has a hint of honey. Great mouthfeel. No head, though. Glass bottle has the phrase "Beer Only" as if perhaps something else might have snuck in there if they weren’t being careful.

pours an oily yellow with a billowy white head. has an awful aroma. skunky and sour smell that scared me, but i tasted it anyway. watered down flavor of hops and alcohol. there are malts pleasant but not in any measure worth noting. this is too much corn and sour hop for my taste, might go well with mexican food.

Clear golden color. FIzzy white head. Mild malty aroma. Some hops, but hardly. Malty flavor. Smooth and crisp! Not too bad. Better than what I expected. Bought this 500mL bottle at Total Wine in Manassas, VA.

Tall snow white head on a pale yellow body. Some hops in the aroma and flavor but quite thin, just as expectet. Also a slight citrusy in the flavor. Not the worst lager I have tasted but definately not the best either.
