2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Has a corny, yeasty aroma. Pour is gold colored......tons of carbonation and a white head. Nothing special about the taste.....sweet and corny malts with no hop bitterness. All I can say is why import this to the US??? We have plenty of bad lagers here already. The importers are wasting their time and efforts.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
The aroma and flavor are both grainy with an aftertaste that is wanting. The color is a light golden with a white head.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Half-liter bottle. Yes, I bought just to cross off another country. Yes, it is urine coloured, a slightly hazy yellow, under a rocky head. Smell is corny, but thatís really the worst of it. Taste is mostly barley pop. Corny again, a bit too sweet. A pinch of bitterness rescues this from failure. Some dregs in the bottle. Itís a novelty beer.

You need to start with good water to make a good brew. After tasting Tusker, I donít think Kenya has good water.

Bottle. I had this at a friends house he told me to try it because it was so unique, and tasted different from other beers. He couldnt have been more wrong, tusker tastes like every other lager.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I think this beer is getting a bad wrap from most of the posters. I find that it is extremely refreshing and quite satsifying. There is not one specific thing that stands out to emphasize this beer as a premium lager, however, it does have a great taste, and the last time I checked, taste in a beer is the most important thing! Try this on eon a hot summer day and you will enjoy the refreshing taste of Tusker.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I can either take this beer or leave it. It didnít carry anything new with it that I havenít tasted or seen a hundred times before, but itís still enjoyable. Aroma was a little bit on the corn side, and slightly sweet but it still had a little interesting flicker of hops to keep things alive. Appearance was an average looking lager, yellowish-gold with little head retention. Mouthfeel was light, refreshing, and clean. Flavor was malty sweet and nothing really offensive. I can see this going down after a hot day, but as a regular beer itís just too boring.
