Bottle. Watery gold coloured with slim white head. Malty/corn aroma. Taste is pretty rank really, Iíve just had a couple of pretty good german beers, and this switch was a tactical error. Gets me another country I suppose; better than a macro swill, high praise indeed.

First African beer Iíve ever tried. Thin, but has a pleasant light and sweet taste. Really good on a hot day, no real shock as it is from Kenya.

i didnít catch an aroma, but my nose may have been off because i was drinking it where they were cooking with garlic. the pale yellow color, not much head. the mild flavor had a hint of graininess in it, but it had a watery feeling all around. inoffesive, if unmemorable brew.

Well, itísmy first (I think) African beer.Very thin pour, with almost no head. Aroma is very bland, as is the flavor. Very thin mouthfeel, watery. Donít work to hard to get this one.

Pour is a very watery yellow. Aroma is not so much. Flavor is pretty watery. You get some malts but that is about it. Alot of people say this is good on a hot day and i would agree. Almost close to water as a beer can get.

Itís probably fair to say that a light lager is never going to receive a smackload of high ratings because there are so many other complex styles to compare it to, even if only subconsciously. But as a light lager this one really hit the spot for me, a perfect camping beer for Kekuli Bay, BC. Sure the colour was a bland yellow and the nose was nothing like what an elephant can no doubt produce (thankfully) but the mouthfeel was dandy on a hot day. Itís a pleasant lager with enough malt and a pinch of hops which combine to blow away the competition. The best import light lager Iíve had, bar none.

This worked OK as a cooled swiller with a barbecue on a scorching hot day. An I guess it would work fine in Kenya. Otherwise, it just another tropical pale lager. Inoffensive, but bland. Iíve had plenty worse. 500ml bottle from beersofeurope.co.uk

I was SHOCKED to see this one rated as low as it is... but perhaps it was the fact that I had it with Ethiopian cusine, or perhaps it was the fact that it was hot and humid as fuck outside... but what I got was a nice malty beer with a bubbly golden aroma that really hit the spot. As such, I believe that from now on I will refrain from having this drink unless the temperature outisde is over 33 celsius.

Deep gold color, with medium, fizzy white head and huge carbonation bubbles. Aroma of slight citrus and honey....not much aroma. Tastes slightly pale malty with some honey. Light palate. To my knowledge, this is my cherry popper for the crappy country of Kenya. Iím just damned glad I didnít have to go there to get this.

Anemic, clear straw with pristine, large suds topping that leaves chunky lace. Pissy noble hops aroma with a little malt and skunk. Flavour is not as offensive as the aroma: pleasant blend of noble hops and crisp sweet malt with very little bittering. Really not that bad. Fair amount of carbonatin and light body.
