Ungstrup (14756), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 16, 2003 The aroma is simple malty with notes of straws. The color is clear yellow and it has a fine head. The flavor is very simple malty. An average pilsener - definatly OK for coming from a hot country. I can't say anything bad about this beer - just nothing good either. Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 5, 2006 Updated: Jan 14, 2006(Bottle 50 cl) Pilsener golden with a creamy, white head leaving some laces. Lightly flowery aroma hops in the nose. Somewhat sticky sweetness from the brewing cereal - corn I reckon. No bitterness. Thanks Dorte. 050106 yespr (11644), Copenhagen O, Denmark Oct 16, 2007 50 cL bottle. Oakes (8058), gone rambling, Vietnam Aug 24, 2002 This used to be the old "local" Tusker, but now this is what they are sending overseas. Not sure what happend to the old "green & gold" export version. But anyway, another new beer so here it goes: pale gold colour; grainy, grassy aroma; starts malty, quickly shows a dash of grassy hop; finishes both sweet and cidery (from using sugar as an adjunct I would guess). One of those beers you’ve got to serve ICE cold.
