Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is sweet malt, grain a hint of apple and a hint of flowers. Light body. Flavor is again sweet malt. It’s drinkable.

Can. Pale, pale yellow colour with a medium creamy mostly diminishing white head. Weak malty aroma, if any. Not much taste in a watery body. No surprises here

6/10/11. 12oz bottle courtesy stevencon. Fruity almost banana aroma with a touch of cinnamon and cereal grains. Plain banana fusel taste with cereal grains. Meh.

0.5L bottle kindly shared by GrOve. Fully diminishing big-bubbled blond head. Very pale straw colored body. Low aroma level. A vague scent of dough and flour, and a hint of honey. Taste has a lemonade-like fruitiness and a weak but clean, and fairly sweet malt foundation. Light-bodied. Smooth and easy in the mouth. A decent one. No major flaws, not very exciting.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2008 Bottle bought at Sams in Chicago. I was really anticipating this beer, you know Hemingway and all that. Pours the clearest light gold I’ve ever seen, like water. A thick powerful white head proves it’s true nature. The aroma was mostly fruits, some apples. The flavor was quite interesting; a very sweet sorghum flavor, grass and sweet malt. Sweet and refreshing. I enjoyed this beer.

Slightly hazy pale golden color with a thin frothy white head. Somewhat sweet aroma, hints of apple. Sweet flavor, hints of apple with some grain in the aftertaste.

Does not smell good at all. And frankly, doesn’t taste very good either. Funky and bad, it’s not real thin, just untasty. A new country for the list, but not a repeat.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2007 The aroma has multi-grain, herbal hops, cooked vegetables, and maybe a little citrus. The appearance is light pale gold with a medium sized, sea foam looking, head. It also looks poorly carbonated but does not feel so in the mouth. The flavor is sweet but not overly so, it has a nice twist of lemon taste but also has a vegetable stew quality. The palate is watery. There is a slight taste of corn chips in the finish. Overall it was better than I was expecting but hardly a good beer.
