1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
It has an odd aroma to it almost like a sour musky smell. It is very pale yellow with virtually no head. It does have quite a bit of carbonation. The taste is nothing to write home about as the carbonation is too strong.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a clear, golden color, topped with a very generous white head and nice retention.
The aroma is pretty easy to pick up - some malts and lots of grassy aroma. Not completely pleasant.
The taste is slightly sweet and grassy. There is some bitterness in the finish, although it leaves a slightly weird aftertaste.
Still drinkable enough to enjoy it.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a bottle into a glass, pours a lively yellow which almost mirrors the yellow on the bottle’s label with a thin white head to top it off. It has a very light bitterness and is very sessionable due to very minimal lingering aftertastes. One of the greatest pale lagers I’ve ever enjoyed.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Typical easy going, crisp & enjoyable pale lager. Smell is of grain with pale pour & thin white head and an adjunct after bite. Ahhh pale lagers so satisfying & easy to drink though I prefer a pale lager like stella which is cleaner, this one is ever so slightly dirty but still good.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
A saviour on a sunny African day. Light clear pale color. Smells a bit fruity. At least some bitterness in taste otherwise this is made as light as possible.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours pale golden with a frothy white head, which slowly disappears. Aroma of lime and orange with some yeasty malt and basement aroma. Taste of some orange, bready malt, slight bitterness and fairly sweet. It’s kind of strange tasting.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Aromas of honeyed and lightly caramelized malts, and grassy hops. Clear, pale gold with a mostly fading white head. Lightly sweet, some creaminess. Light bodied, cleansing, refreshing carbonation, finishes clean with some lingering, subtle malty notes.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Aroma of straw, corn, hay etc. Pours a nice golden color which is pretty much the best thing about this beer. Taste is incredibly one noted - corn. Some minor lemon notes mostly as an aftertaste. I?m assuming this would be great to quench your thirst in East Africa where it?s +50° and you need to run away from lions; however I live in Northern Canada where the coldest day this winter was -59°. We need our beer a little stronger, darker, and more robust up here so we can fight off polar bears and go ice fishing with our bare hands.

2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Gave a 5 on appearance cause it looks so beautiful after a long day in Juba... Standard lager. Quenches the thirst and gives you a smile. Yards better than a Hieni....
