Ok on a hot afternoon. Lacks any complexity but is clean and ok very very cold.

Decent malty lager aroma. Inoffensive, slightly tart, malty and underhopped to my taste. Some interesting vegetable/walnut notes. Needs a better mouthfeel, perhaps better carbonation. Terrible label and logo. I'm sure that it's better than drinking the water, and if I'm ever in Kenya, then it's a safe, known quantity.

Bottle. Pours a crystal clean golden in color, very small white head. The aroma is minimal with just a hint of malty sweetness. The flavoor is not much different with just a touch of grassy hops added to the party. It is a bit thin, light in body, but highly drinkable, ending in a clean finish.

Too weak and oversweet with little hop character. Just like English lager. Yippee.

Almost transparent in color with little head. Typical American style beer from a distant part of the world. Low bitterness, not as skunky as expected. Refreshing if served cold on an African hot day.

Straw-yellow color, foamy head, some hop aroma and bitterness, not that bad, alot better than any American Standard.

Straw colored beer out of the bottle with a fizzy white head and a light, sweet citrus nose. On its own, this is not a very interesting beer, with some buscuity malts and lemon mingled with cardboard and an odd metallic quality. It served its purpose as a quenching drink with my chili well enough.

I must say I was totally shocked by this one. A very clean lager and very acceptable lager from Africa. Not much in the way of taste or excitement but that is preferable to lots of bad taste.
