COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A medium-bodied dark brown ale with roasted malt flavor. Judicious use of chocolate and black patent malts create flavorful and robust ale.

On tap at the brewery. Dark brown pour, with a light tan head. Flavors mostly of roasted malt and chocolate, with notes of dark fruit esters, coffee, and mild dark sugars. An enjoyable and moderately robust porter.

On tap at the brewery. It pours dark brown with a tan head. The aroma has lots of coffee and dark chocolate. The flavor is the same, tons of coffee and roasted malt. Nice toastiness in the finish with a hint of acidity. This is a roasted malt bomb and I love it.

On tap. Pours with a near black body and a lasting tan head. Aromas of soil, coffee grounds, pumpernickel bread, chocolate, raisins and some esters. A bit of diacetyl on the taste. Also flavors of chocolate, cocoa, bready, chalky and lightly estery. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium carbonation.
